Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with any goods, you must inform us by e-mail at returns@soundsnaughty.com and we will be happy to issue you with a returns number. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS (FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENE REASONS), GOODS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THEY ARE FAULTY. All returned items MUST have a returns number clearly visible on the packet. Items sent without a returns number will not be accepted at our unit. This is for hygiene reasons to protect both our staff and customers. Faulty items MUST be returned with all packaging, batteries, tags and any instruction manuals. Please retain proof of postage as we will not be responsible for items not arriving back at our unit.
